My company switched to Appstar about 9 months ago. Our rep Sam, has been great to deal with. I can call/text Sam anytime and he is able to address our needs. We needed a second machine due to business and Sam got it ordered and shipped in no time. One of a machines would not keep a charge, called Sam he got a replacement ordered. Easy to work with and attentive .

Appstar has been great to me number wise, they have always kept my cost at a minimum while offering the best quality of devices and even better costumer support/guidance. Hi! This is Randy with Muffler Man of Holly in Michigan. Stephen Murphy is our account representative, and he is excellent. He is responsive and he has made sure that our account is well managed. When we needed help with technical support he made sure that we were three-wayed with him so he could help resolve any problems. We have had no problems with timely deposits or unexpected charges on our merchant account.
I switched over to Appstar with the help of Stephen Murphy. Nothing but a great experience. I wanted to wait a little before leaving a review because the past processing companies love to give you the run around. But he took the time to help me really understand how credit card processing worked. On top of getting lower rates and saving money he's been quick to respond to any messages or calls despite the 3 hour time difference. The switch from one company to another is always a hard trigger to pull, but he made it as painless and seamless as possible.
In my initial conversation regarding terminating my account I was passed around to 3 different agents, all of whom were very polite but really, that's too many.When I reached Kyle Hagele he was very informed about my account, clear, helpful in describing my next steps.I have emailed him the required document yesterday. I feel that I have a much better customer support team than my previous system, Sam always responds promptly and I have options of whom to reach out to depending on my issue. My Father used this company for 5 years. They provided equipment and processing fees at a reasonable rate. They do require 30-day heads up for cancellation so be sure to provide that if you are planning on cancelling. Kind and friendly staff - company is based out of San Diego.
