When we needed help with technical support he made sure that we were three-wayed with him so he could help resolve any problems. We have had no problems with timely deposits or unexpected charges on our merchant account.
I switched over to Appstar with the help of Stephen Murphy. Nothing but a great experience. I wanted to wait a little before leaving a review because the past processing companies love to give you the run around. But he took the time to help me really understand how credit card processing worked. On top of getting lower rates and saving money he's been quick to respond to any messages or calls despite the 3 hour time difference. The switch from one company to another is always a hard trigger to pull, but he made it as painless and seamless as possible.
In my initial conversation regarding terminating my account I was passed around to 3 different agents, all of whom were very polite but really, that's too many.When I reached Kyle Hagele he was very informed about my account, clear, helpful in describing my next steps.I have emailed him the required document yesterday. I've worked with several different point of sale systems and processors over the years, and this is my best experience so far! Sam did a great job of being patient with me, while also being available for my many questions. I feel that I have a much better customer support team than my previous system, Sam always responds promptly and I have options of whom to reach out to depending on my issue. The Clover system is easy to operate and I find it easier for my customers to navigate when paying as well! Thanks Sam!

This company used there selling low cost pitch to get you to sign up! The salesman didn't go over with me the contract obligations. after 3 days I didn't want it he started to ignore my phone calls I lost $100 for activation fee and I went and blocked them from accessing my bank account they still managed to take additional payments of $495 without my authorization so I lost a total of $600 stay away
I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Mark Brown with assisting me to set up my merchant account. I have found working with him is a breath of fresh air. My Father used this company for 5 years. They provided equipment and processing fees at a reasonable rate. They do require 30-day heads up for cancellation so be sure to provide that if you are planning on cancelling. Kind and friendly staff - company is based out of San Diego.
